Donna has also done some television work and can be seen on the pilot episodes of Second Chance. She can also be seen on the first season of Queen of the South and the upcoming second season. She also worked on the Hulu mini-series 11.22.63 with James Franco.
While pursuing her career as an actress she also gives private voice lessons and has been seen directing or choreographing children’s theater shows throughout the DFW metroplex. Donna was voted Best of 2015 on Thumbtack for voice lessons!

Donna Marie Knight is an award winning performer and a Dallas Native who has been performing since the age of 5. Her first big gig came when she got to be a part of the Wizard of Oz National Tour. Throughout middle school and high school, Donna Marie was a part of the Children’s Chorus of Greater Dallas (and later the Youth Chorus of Greater Dallas) under the direction of Cynthia Nott and was able to perform frequently with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra at the Morton H. Myerson Symphony Center. Their performance of Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana took her all the way to Carnegie Hall, where she learned to “practice, practice, practice!” She also performed on a European tour where she got to sing at the Vatican among other places in Italy. While living in Dallas, Donna Marie was part of the rep at the Repertory Company Theatre of Richardson for 8 years. Besides performing in their main stage shows, she also choreographed and directed some of their children’s shows.
Donna Marie graduated Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University with a double degree in Voice and Theatre Performance. While at OCU, Donna Marie trained in Shakespeare, On Camera Acting, the Linklater technique, Improv, and numerous other acting, dance, and vocal classes. During her time in Oklahoma City, Donna Marie frequently performed with the Oklahoma Philharmonic at the Oklahoma Civic Center under the direction of Randi Ellefson.
